Registration

Additional information:

• 21% VAT included.
• Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author.
• Each registered author may present a maximum of two papers.
• The registration fee includes:
  • Access to all scientific sessions included in the programme.
  • Official event documentation and name badge.
  • Access to coffee breaks , where included in the programme.
  • Certificate of attendance.
  • Conference Dinner.
• The registration fee does not include:
  • Travel, accommodation, or any other personal expenses incurred by the participant.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Technical Secretariat at: robot2026@bocemtium.com

• Cancellations received up to 2 months before the start of the event: €25 administration fee will be charged.
• Cancellations received between 2 months and 1 month before the start of the event: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Cancellations received less than 1 month before the start of the event: No refund will be issued.

A name change may be requested at any time upon payment of an administrative fee of €25 + VAT.

Event Modifications or Cancellation

Participants shall not be entitled to any compensation if the event is cancelled, modified, or postponed due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of the organisers. Likewise, no compensation shall be payable if the programme is modified due to the unavailability of any invited speaker.

In such cases, the organisers will endeavour, where possible, to offer alternative dates or formats for the event.
