Registration

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions included in the programme.
• Official conference documentation and name badge.
• Access to coffee breaks and lunches, as indicated in the programme.
• Access to the conference gala dinner, including transportation to and from the conference venue.
• Certificate of attendance.

The registration fee does not include travel, accommodation, or any other personal expenses incurred by the participant.

Additional information:

• All registration fees include 21% VAT.
• Additional conference gala dinner tickets can be purchased during registration for €100 per person. The price includes 21% VAT and transportation to the restaurant and back to the conference venue.
• Each accepted paper must be covered by the registration of at least one author.
• Each registered author may present a maximum of two papers.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Technical Secretariat at: robot2026@bocemtium.com

• Cancellations received up to 2 months before the start of the event: €25 administration fee will be charged.
• Cancellations received between 2 months and 1 month before the start of the event: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Cancellations received less than 1 month before the start of the event: No refund will be issued.

A name change may be requested at any time upon payment of an administrative fee of €25 + VAT.

Event Modifications or Cancellation

Participants shall not be entitled to any compensation if the event is cancelled, modified, or postponed due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of the organisers. Likewise, no compensation shall be payable if the programme is modified due to the unavailability of any invited speaker.

In such cases, the organisers will endeavour, where possible, to offer alternative dates or formats for the event.
