Make sure you use the latest templates and do not change the formatting in any way.
Paper style
Submissions must be 6 pages, A4, two-column, IEEE style. All accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore.
Extra pages
The length of regular papers is 6 pages. An extension of up to two extra pages is allowed at an extra charge of 100 EUR per page.
No-show policy
At least one author of each accepted paper is expected to register before the camera-ready submission and present the paper at the conference. No-shows will not be included in the final proceedings.
Adding the IEEE Copyright Notice (for accepted papers)
The appropriate copyright clearance code notice must appear at the bottom of the first page of each paper, according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. The copyright notice should appear about 1 cm below the left column and should be aligned to the left, with the same left margin as the column.
PDF Compliance (for accepted papers)
To check the PDF for IEEE compliance, you will have to log in to IEEE PDF eXpress at https://www.pdf-express.org . Use conference ID 71646X.
Create a new user account with your email address, unless your email is already registered from another conference. Upload your paper, and you will receive an email either listing errors or confirming that the PDF has been approved. Upload this confirmed PDF to the EasyChair paper submission system as the final version. Before uploading the final version, please make sure that the submission and author information are accurate. If the submitted file does not satisfy the compliance requirements, it will be excluded from publication.
IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (for accepted papers)
The authors of the paper must submit a copyright form, which is necessary for the inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings published by IEEE. The ECMR conference uses the IEEE Electronic Copyright Service (eCF). EasyChair is a vendor authorized by IEEE to handle copyright agreements. Each corresponding author of the paper will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to sign the copyright agreement through EasyChair.
Please note that all clearances for publication must be obtained by the authors. By completing the form, you are stating that the material in your paper is original and that you have not previously released copyright for this paper and/or its content to another party. The paper cannot be published in the proceedings if the form is not properly completed.
Tips for adding the IEEE copyright notice to your pdf:
-
You may want to first prepare your pdf, and then add the IEEE copyright notice separately using a pdf editing program. You can then re-print the document in pdf format and then validate it using IEEE PDF eXpress.
-
If you are preparing your paper in LaTeX, you can place the copyright notice into the \thanks{} command.
